AI solutions for business
AI solutions for business, used where they genuinely help
AI can be useful when it helps interpret, summarise, classify, draft or guide. It should still sit inside a controlled business process, with clear ownership, privacy boundaries and human judgement where decisions matter.
Suitable uses
Where AI can support the work
- document and information processing
- internal knowledge search
- call and meeting summaries
- structured drafting
- enquiry or document classification
- guided customer interactions
- sales and opportunity prioritisation
- assisting staff with repeated knowledge work
Control
Human judgement remains important
Staff should understand what the AI is doing and when to question it. Important outputs may need review before they are sent, recorded or acted upon. The business remains responsible for the decisions it makes.
Quality, exceptions and edge cases need attention. An AI answer should not silently become an operational fact simply because it appeared in a workflow.
Privacy and business data
The data being used must be understood before any AI feature is added. Unnecessary personal or confidential information should not be collected, provider and retention choices matter, and access should be controlled.
The safest approach depends on the use case, the systems involved and the sensitivity of the information. This page is not a legal privacy policy.
AI versus other approaches
Some work needs clearer ownership, a fixed rule, an integration or a small internal tool. AI is one possible approach, not the default answer.
If you are not sure where the problem sits, a Business Process Review can help. For wider AI decision-making, read about AI Business Consultancy. The article AI or automation: what does your business actually need? sets out the same decision sequence in more detail.
Capability
Training may be the better route
Some businesses may not need a complete build. They may need selected staff to become more capable with AI-assisted tools, prompting, review habits and simple digital product building.
I created Vibe Code Academy as a separate education route for people and teams who want to learn how to build with AI themselves.
Thinking about AI inside your business?
Describe the workflow first. The technical route can be chosen once the business need is clear.
