Discovery calls and site visits
A discovery call is used to test the context and decide whether any next step is sensible. Where seeing the process in practice would add value, a site visit may be discussed afterwards. I am based in Wetherby, near Leeds, and Yorkshire is the primary area for site visits, with other locations considered by arrangement.
