Terms
Terms of use
These terms explain the basic boundaries for using robertfurman.co.uk and the Business Bottleneck Review.
Using this website
This website provides information about Robert Furman's consultancy services, selected work, insights and the Business Bottleneck Review.
Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its security, availability or normal operation.
Business Bottleneck Review
The Business Bottleneck Review is an automated starting point for thinking about one business process. It may provide an initial observation, a fuller generated report and a PDF where the service is configured to do so.
It is not a consultancy diagnosis, professional advice, quotation, proposal, guaranteed saving, guaranteed outcome or commitment that Robert will accept a project.
You remain responsible for deciding what information to submit and for checking whether any suggestion is suitable for your circumstances.
Enquiries and discovery discussions
Sending an enquiry or requesting a discovery call does not create a booking, contract, quotation or proposal.
Site visits, deeper reviews and project work are discussed case by case. Any scope, price, timing or travel arrangement would need to be agreed separately.
Information you submit
Do not submit passwords, access keys, confidential customer records, unnecessary personal details or information you are not entitled to share.
Free-text answers and enquiry messages are treated as information you choose to provide. The Privacy policy explains how the current site handles data, providers, retention and cookies.
Content and links
Website content is provided for general information and may change over time. External links are included where useful, but Robert is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.
Selected Work pages describe Robert's own projects and work history. They should not be read as external client case studies unless the page clearly says so.
Contact
Use the contact form if you want to discuss a project, ask about a report or raise a question about these terms.
