Selected capabilities

SEO Operations Console is an internal desktop workspace for repeatable SEO operations. The capabilities focus on project organisation, manual review support and controlled local actions rather than promises about ranking recovery or automated search-engine changes.

  1. Project-Specific SEO Command Centre

A local desktop workspace brings project SEO queues, reports, alerts and script controls into one focused interface.

    • - Project-specific dashboard views
    • - Workflow guidance and freshness signals
    • - Controlled local execution surfaces
  2. Multi-Project SEO Workspace

Configurable project profiles keep repository paths, Search Console settings, modules, validation and history separate.

    • - Project selector and module toggles
    • - Per-project configuration
    • - Local validation and run history
  3. Manual Indexation Recovery Workflow

The tool helps prepare, copy, inspect and track URL batches for manual Search Console work without submitting requests automatically.

    • - Batch selection and URL copy actions
    • - Search Console opener for manual inspection
    • - Local requested-status tracking
  4. Search Console Inspection Reporting

Configured local scripts can produce URL Inspection reporting that is displayed inside the console for review.

    • - OAuth and input-path checks
    • - Resume options for inspection runs
    • - Results, history and summary views
  5. Search Performance and Cannibalisation Review

The console organises query and page performance outputs and keeps local notes for cannibalisation review decisions.

    • - Imported performance report views
    • - Opportunity and movement tables
    • - Saved local resolution notes
  6. Backlink Export Monitoring

Manual Search Console Links exports are turned into a conservative backlink portfolio, freshness tracker and review queue.

    • - Manual export freshness checks
    • - Possible new and lost link views
    • - Coverage warnings for review
  7. SEO QA Report Viewer

Weekly summaries, local page reviews and render visibility checks are brought into one review interface.

    • - Markdown report viewing
    • - Local page review tables
    • - Render visibility risk fields
  8. Controlled Script Runner

Approved project scripts can be run from the desktop interface with live output, progress cues and cancellation.

    • - Allowlisted script selection
    • - Live stdout and stderr output
    • - Run history and cancellation controls

The operational problem

Recurring SEO and operational checks can easily become a collection of scripts, notes, project-specific commands and manual reminders. That creates ambiguity about which action is being run, which project it belongs to and what evidence supports the next step.

SEO Operations Console was built as an internal desktop workspace to make those operations clearer and more controlled.

What was built

The tool uses Tauri and React. It supports multiple projects and provides controlled access to approved SEO and operational actions.

The actions are deliberately allowlisted rather than permitting unrestricted command execution. That keeps the interface focused on known operations and makes it clearer what is being run.

What the tool is not

This work should not be read as a promise of ranking improvements or traffic growth. It is about operational control: bringing repeatable checks and approved actions into a clearer desktop workspace.

It does not claim to automate every SEO decision, directly change search-engine systems or support every SEO platform.

Current status

Version one is built and used internally by Robert. No external client use or public release plan is claimed.

What this work demonstrates

  • - turning recurring operations into a clearer tool
  • - multi-project desktop workflow design
  • - allowlisted execution boundaries
  • - separating operational discipline from outcome guarantees
