Selected capabilities
Vibe Code Academy combines structured learning, practical project planning and operational tooling. These capabilities show how the platform helps beginners keep momentum while giving the business the visibility needed to run the learning experience responsibly.
Guided Five-Week Learning Path
A structured online course path guides learners through a five-week build process, with lessons organised by week, topic and section.
- - Week-by-week course structure
- - Lesson and section navigation
- - Continue-learning routes for the next relevant section
Learner Progress Dashboard
A personal dashboard brings together course access, progress, recent activity, support status and saved project work.
- - Overall course progress visibility
- - Week-by-week completion summaries
- - Saved idea and project workspace summaries
AI-Assisted Idea and Project Planning
The AI Idea Lab helps learners turn a rough idea into a clearer product concept and carry it into a saved project workspace.
- - Guided idea sessions with stored answers
- - Generated app concept and build brief
- - Milestone roadmap for project planning
Feature Library and Guided Labs
The Feature Library breaks product capabilities into understandable patterns, safe demos and guided lab material.
- - Feature discovery by category

- - Dashboard views for owned labs and lab progress
Built-In Learning Support
Support routes, lesson help and beginner-friendly terminology tools keep help close to the learning experience.
- - Student support inbox with threads and replies
- - Lesson AI support with escalation paths
- - Glossary and jargon support
Integrated In-Person Support Workflow
The in-person support layer is implemented within the platform and designed for planned teaching support without relying on completed external calendar or video integrations.
- - Student support hub with booking and agenda visibility

Product Analytics and Content Insight
Filtered analytics views help review product behaviour without turning the learner experience into a heavy analytics product.
- - Route, source, course, lesson and event filtering
- - Overview cards and daily summaries
- - Separate content, source, lesson and event views
Why this project exists
Vibe Code Academy was created for people who want to learn how to build digital products rather than commission a complete build. The audience is deliberately broader than professional developers. It includes beginners, non-technical founders, small-business owners and teams who want enough understanding to shape useful work themselves.
That makes the product challenge different from a normal software build. The platform has to explain technical work without making people feel excluded, while still respecting the real sequence involved in turning an idea into a website, application or digital product.
What Robert built
The platform presents a structured learning route built around practical outcomes. Its online curriculum follows a five-week learning path and in-person teaching has been planned for Leeds and York.
The public offer is distinct from Robert's consultancy. Vibe Code Academy is for people who want to build internal capability. The consultancy is for businesses that want Robert to help review, design or build around a business process.
Design decisions
The important design work is not only technical. A learning platform needs clear sequencing, careful explanation and a tone that helps a non-technical learner keep moving. It has to reduce intimidation without pretending that product building is effortless.
That same discipline carries into consultancy work. Good software depends on how clearly the problem, user and next action are understood.
Current status
Vibe Code Academy is a separate education business and public platform. It should not be confused with the consultancy offer on this website.
It remains a useful route when a person or business wants to learn how to build with AI assistance rather than ask Robert to deliver a full review or build.
What this work demonstrates
- - turning a technical subject into a structured learning experience
- - building a platform around non-technical users
- - separating education, consultancy and product positioning clearly
- - thinking about capability-building as an alternative to commissioning a tool
